Wanna bring your fur baby along? Some things to keep in mind when traveling by plane with your pets: Get your pet’s vaccines up-to-date. Fly with an IATA-approved carrier (size, sturdiness, ventilation are important). Think about your pet’s personality. Book a non-stop flight. Make sure they’re microchipped. Are your accommodations pet-friendly? What kind of paperwork do you need? Know your airline’s policy. Our favorite pet friendly airline is United.
